👨🌾 About the producer:
Fazenda UM was founded in 2009 on an abandoned farm in southern Minas Gerais, driven by the vision of Stefano Um, with the goal of transforming Brazilian specialty coffee through quality, traceability, and innovation at origin.
The farm is part of Um Coffee Co, a project focused on elevating Brazilian coffee on the global stage through competition coffees and continuous experimentation in production and post-harvest processing.
In 2023, the UM family made history: Boram Um became Brazil’s first World Barista Champion, using a coffee produced on the family farm. On the same day, Garam Um achieved third place at the World Brewers Cup.
With 300 hectares, Fazenda UM brings together the best of both worlds: the clean, classic profile of Brazilian naturals and more delicate, expressive characteristics achieved through precise post-harvest control.
This Wush Wush natural stands out for its elegant, tea-like and complex profile, with vibrant acidity that highlights the potential of exotic varieties grown with care and precision in Brazil.
Direct Impact:
Each purchase supports a sustainable production model focused on agricultural innovation, full traceability, and positioning Brazilian specialty coffee in global markets, strengthening the legacy of a family redefining origin with every harvest.
