Nowadays, the region faces significant migration, threatening the continuity of traditional coffee farming.
Neri Ortíz, a producer and roaster passionate about honey and natural processes, leads this micro-production. He works with small local coffee growers, advising them on sustainable techniques and personally selecting the best cherries.
Direct impact:
This project aims to revitalize the local coffee economy by creating jobs, providing training, and encouraging younger generations to stay rooted in their communities. Each purchase directly supports this regenerative and fair model.
