Their community, Agua Caliente, is located in the Sierra Madre of Chiapas, within the municipality of Tapachula. Famous for its hot springs and lush landscapes, this area sits at 1,600 meters above sea level and offers ideal conditions for specialty coffee. The coffee trees grow under rich biodiversity and natural shade, contributing to a unique and complex flavor profile.
