👨🌾 About the prducer:
Fazenda UM was founded in 2009 on an abandoned farm in southern Minas Gerais, driven by the vision of Stefano Um, with the goal of elevating Brazilian specialty coffee through quality, traceability, and innovation at origin.
The farm is part of Um Coffee Co, a project that blends Brazil’s traditional coffee profile with a strong focus on experimentation and excellence in post-harvest processing. In 2023, the UM family made history when Boram Um became Brazil’s first World Barista Champion, using a coffee produced on the family farm. On the same day, Garam Um achieved third place at the World Brewers Cup.
With 300 hectares, Fazenda UM aims to offer the best of both worlds: the clean, sweet and classic notes of Brazilian natural coffees, together with delicate and complex profiles achieved through carefully controlled processing methods.
